Roles, membership, referrals and club access — short answers.

Does paying guarantee a trial or contract?

No. Membership opens the SWAAP Player Network. Sporting selection is independent.

What do I get for $79?

Network membership: Player ID, profile, initial assessment, monthly Spanish content, monthly coach session, challenges, annual review, SELECT eligibility and preferred pricing — not a promise of individual scouting.

What is a referrer code?

A referrer is anyone who shares a link or code (e.g. ANDRES20) to bring people in. They do not have to be a coach. When a family joins with that code, the referrer earns commission and sees that player in their portfolio.

How do clubs get access?

Clubs apply on the Clubs page. A SWAAP admin approves or denies in the dashboard. Only approved clubs can search.

Can clubs download the database?

No. Clubs pay for controlled search of a live network. No bulk export.

Who consents for a minor?

A verified parent/guardian on the player account. Discovery, marketing and media permissions are separate.

Where is data stored?

Application on Vercel. Database, auth and private files on Supabase. Video on Mux.

What roles exist?

Only four: Admin, Player, Referrer, and Club / Team. A referrer brings people in with a code and earns income.

What is Founding vs Player pricing?

Founding $79/year for the first 100 — keep that price while active. Then Player at $99/year.
