SWAAP processes the minimum data needed to operate a permission-based talent network. Minors are never discoverable without current guardian consent.

Home address, private phone, school and identity documents are staff-only. Clubs see sporting fields and, after an accepted request, only disclosed contact fields.

Subprocessors: Vercel (app), Supabase (database/auth/files), Stripe (payments), Mux (video), email provider, Sentry (errors with PII filtering).

You may request access, correction, export or deletion where legally applicable. Financial and audit records may be retained as required.
